1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Block Blare. By selecting Accept & Continue in the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, select Decline & Exit and do not use the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Advertising privacy choices are requested separately where required; accepting these Terms does not override those choices.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use Block Blare only with that permission. Block Blare is not directed to children under 13 or under the minimum digital-consent age that applies in their country.
3. License to use the game
Evarniq grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Block Blare for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.
Block Blare and its software, artwork, design, branding, and other content remain owned by Evarniq or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
4. Gameplay and virtual features
Scores, Boost energy, revives, and other gameplay features have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Best-score and Terms-version information is stored locally on your device as described in the Privacy Policy.
A rewarded-ad revive is optional and is granted only when the advertising service reports that the reward was earned. Ad or reward availability is not guaranteed.
5. Advertising and third-party services
Block Blare uses Google AdMob for banner ads and optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Regional privacy choices are handled through Google's consent tools where required.
Links opened from Block Blare may take you to third-party services. Evarniq is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Block Blare, interfere with its operation, distribute unauthorized modified copies, bypass security or advertising systems, or use the app in violation of applicable law. This restriction does not limit rights that applicable law expressly gives you.
7. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, improve, secure, or develop Block Blare. We do not guarantee that every feature, advertisement, or online dependency will always be available or error-free.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Block Blare is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer guarantees or other rights that apply where you live.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Evarniq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use Block Blare. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Block Blare at any time by declining these Terms, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app. We may restrict future access or distribution when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the game.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Block Blare, its services, or legal requirements change. If a material update requires renewed acceptance, the app will show the updated Terms gate and will not continue until the new version is accepted.
